Thanks to our friends at the American Grassfed Association, we can share some fascinating facts with you about the health benefits of grass fed beef.

Lower in calories, grass fed beef is great for burning fat. By excluding corn and genetically modified feed supplements in production, our grass fed beef offers 100% bio available proteins that can be easily absorbed and used for repairing and building muscle, fueling your body’s natural fat burning engine and supporting the balanced reception of Leptin (The hormone that tells your body to burn fat). This creates a sustainable source of energy in your diet invigorating you instead of lulling you to sleep after a big meal.

With much higher concentrations of “good” Omega-3 Fatty Acids, grass fed beef is heart friendly. In fact, 60% of the fat in grass fed beef is made up of an Omega-3 known as LNA or alpha-linolenic acid.
